so i saw your comment about the corn maze. well, as we can both see, lyane p sometimes doesnt give the best answers ever....i think what you should do is bring some friends along and have fun. remind yourself that its all just reeeeeally good actors, and dont be embarrassed if youre scared, thats what its meant to d!! . you can also try to hang out w/your crush while youre there and like flirt and stuff. i hope this helped!!!! xx

i saw your comment on what to eat on a first date. Ok, no ribs, they are messy, no garlic, onions, mexican, spicy foods. Good choices are crunchy salads with preferably iceberg lettuce because others can getstuck in teeth. Drinks: Water, Lemonade, Juice. Pop can cause burping and ew, weight gain. Have a great time, girly!

Hye,girlie,i just saw that u wanted to lose weight.Try excersising,and eating healthier!! FOOD TO EATT,- Fruit! Make smoothies by cutting up some of ur fave fruit, dumping some yogurt,milk,& ice into the blender and blend! Delish!eat some (and not 20,like 10) pretzels with it for somethign salty. Veggies I lovee green peppers,i always eat them! Just cut up a veggie and eat it Desserts could be frozen grapes,fro-yo,1 cookie.Just not too much of anything! -------- Also,eat slower! If u eat super fast,you wont know when ur full.Also,instead of three meals a day and a billion snacks,eat 5 meals a day. Breakfast,snakc,lunch,dinner,snack.By eating mroe meals,but hte same amount of food,your metabolism is ALWAYS wokring! So you wont be hungry. Also, eat celery! it burns mroe calroies to eat it then eating it! Also,workout! Take a jog every morning,or just do crunches/pushups while ur watching tv! Hope i helped!!!! -Racheal,

Hey I just saw your post on how to get inshape/lose weight, and i thought i could help. First of all, DONT binge/purge, or fast. Not good for ya. I would recommend for food one of the following- oatmeal, cereal, fruit, whole grain toast, eggs (for breakfast) Turkey sanwich, salad, tomato soup, and fruits or veggies (for lunch) Veggie Pizza, Turkey Burgers (must be turkey) whole grain pasta, salad, toasted chicken - for dinner Dessert - sorbet, frozen yogurt, two tootsie rolls, popcorn, dark chocolate, 100% apple juice, fruit juice For exersize, go for runs when u can, swim, bike, roller blade, skate, gymnastics, dance, lacrosse, softball... ANYTHING. If u don't feel like u have time, do little things like crunches while watching T.V., or the plank when you are reading, orjogging in place when ou are waiting for the bus. anything counts.
