Hey there can you help me?! Ok i wanna know if this is a good circuit workout:
15 knees, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 15 squat thrusts.
I would spend about 25 minutes (btw im a beginner) and see how many circuits i can do! What do you think?! Smile

You should try and talk/see him as much as possible, every chance that you get take it! It won't hurt! Tell him all about your game, school, friends, or whatever else you want to talk about! Just start the conversation with "Hey, how's it going?" or "We did good! How are ya?" (something simple like that!) If he's into you, and really wants to talk to you, he'll make an effort to keep the convo going (if not, just keep up the convo). The more you talk, the more you'll get to know him, and the more you'll like eachother! Smile Ask him for his phone number, or add him on facebook, so you can get extra time talking to him!! Smile

Be the better person, talk to them about it in private. Tell them the truth. Walk away from the group if they continue their bad ways. You could negate their "trash talk" towards celebrities.
If they are your true friends they will take in to account your thoughts with no problem. Don't back down girlie.

Hey,I saw your comment about using a lip scrub. I have tried one and I LOVE how soft my lips are. I recommend Sweet Lips lip scrub from Lush USA

i make my own lip scrub by putting on som nivea chapstick then putting sugar (preferably white)over it and rubbing my lips 2gether until all the dead skin is off

I saw your comment on lip scrubs and thought I would comment. I've tried two, one by C.O. Bigelow (which you can buy at Bath and Body Works) and one by LUSH Cosmetics. The LUSH one tastes super yummy and works better than the Bath and Body Works one. Or, you can just mix sugar and olive oil together for a DIY one. They just scrape all the yucky dead skin off your lips and make it easier for you lip balm to soak through. I recommend Carmex for a lip balm.

well i have nautraly soft lips and dont need to use it. however i had a free sample and did try it. it works wonders! you can also make your own which "tastes" wayyy better! heres a website to check out! http://www.squidoo.com/lipscrubs

Not much except my friend just asked out my crush and her crush/ex-BF!!!!!!!!!! WE BOTH AGREED WE WOULDN'T LET BOYS GET IN THE WAY OF FRIENDSHIP..... Guess notFrown I'm SO MAD! I asked her why she asked him out and she said she misses him?!?!?!  And, she broke up with him cause "everyone" wanted to know what they were doing NEXT!?!?! LOL! Well, okay one halloween night my family was watching a scary movie when my little sister came down stairs all excited. She said her ferby grew teeth. We looked at it and it actually did. Then it started saying weird things so we replaced the batteries... but it continued. My sister and I were freaking out so my mom emailed the service people and asked them if ferby was supposed to grow teeth. They replied back "of course not! enough with the halloween jokes!!!"

It was sooooooo creepy!! :3
