Hey girlie,
teenage boys can be like butterflies and check out a bunch of different girls at once. They just can't choose where as us girls most likely have our eyes on that boy only. If in any event that boy tells you he likes you you could go out with him as long as you didn't rub it in your friends face or talk about him all the time or spend more time with him than her. If any of those things happen it might be time to call the relationship off.
