On Club tough Stuff i saw ur comment about how u cut ur self but on ur thiegh insted and u said there were some scars. I way to make them less noticeable is some different scar creams at places like Target, Walamrt,CVS, local stores like that. ---Megan----

i use mederma on my scars on my stomach and also i got this concealer that is made for scars. so try mederma and see how that goes and then when its summer try and find a waterproof concealer and use it hope i helped

for distractions you could exercise, read, watch tv, paint your nails, watch a movie, talk to a family member. maybe you could talk to your friends about how you feel they are leaving....idk what kind of relationship you have with them though. Hope you feel better!!
