hsb408 on 11/13/2010 5:40:27 PM
Hey, i saw your comment about sweating and i'm going into 7th graade and have had a sweating problem since 5th. School starts in 2 days and i'm trying to get the nerve up to ask my mom to take me to the doctor. I know it sounds stupid but I always chicken out. Please answer as soon as you can thanks so much! The mods arent answering my questions about it...

hsb408 on 12/10/2009 5:30:43 PM

hsb408 on 11/1/2009 2:25:58 PM
that's okay thank u for the help!
hsb408 on 10/28/2009 9:25:48 PM
Okay, I haven't asked about it yet.. My Mom doesn't really understand she thinks I will just grow out of it, so yeah it's hard to ask.. When did you start getting signs of it?
hsb408 on 10/26/2009 5:41:49 PM
Thanks so much for replying I will see if I can go in sometime.. I went to the Dr. to get it checked out a few months ago, and they prescribed me a strong antipersperant called drysol, but it doesn't work. Thanks for the wardrobe tip since it's getting colder I just wear jackets a lot.

If you are always tired do something active, like taking a walk. Sometimes just taking a shower wakes me up! To keep yourself full, eat healthy, and well-balanced meals with things high in protein. For breakfast have oatmeal juice and fruit (maybe some yogurt too) For lunch have a nice sandwich with lots of ham and some lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ect. And drink lots of milk.

hey girl, i saw your comment on the social anxiety page about paranoia. i have a serious interest in psychology (it all started when i myself was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder :]) and i think i can help: paranoia is common. most people have those little fears, like when you walk by a group of people and they bust out laughing, you might quickly adjust your hair and move on. but sometimes, its a little more serious. when u begin to think people are plotting against you, planning to poison your food or embarrass you to the extreme, there could be something wrong. there are many things that could result from paranoia. a severe mental disorder called paranoid schizophrenia is when you begin seeing things, and hearing voices in your head. this could literally cause insanity. if you really begin hallucinating, tell a parent seriously and see a psychologist ASAP. as you said, you're just extremely paranoid. i used to be...now im just kind of paranoid. if its to the point you can barely walk by people without suspecting hidden motives, tell a parent and see a counselor. pschologists and counselors are not the same thing, but they are close. good luck getting over this, because i know how hard it is :]
