Running; The Ulimate Guide
If you want t get in running shape, start off going easy on yourself. nly do what you know you can manage' and make sure you dont walk! It's really difficult to get past that stage of giving up once you've gotten into it. Even if you only run half a mile your first time, you could work up even to 7 or so miles with a couple months practice, as long as you are determined and work hard, running at least 4 days a week.
