hi girlie,
I saw that you want to loose 40 pounds in less than a month. For starters, like the mod said, come up with a smaller goal. Aim for 5-10pounds this month. If you loose 5-10 pounds each month you'll reach your goal in a safer ammount of time.

Swimming, running, playing a sport are all cardio activities. They each help you loose different ammounts of calories. I ride my exercise bike every night for about 30min. and I can burn up to 350 calories!

Just work hard at it and you'll see improvement. Just don't push yourself too hard!

In my auditions i pretend im singing to only my freinds or something...i sing at restraunts and i pretend im only singing to my freind Kayla. It makes it eiser...ive taken 10yrs of dance so i dont know how to help you with that...all the dances seem eaisy to me but otherwise when your singing try to act out the words and use the stage! also when you act speak loud and enonciate and also if u choose not to act out while you sing you have to act out your character more! hope this helps!

Well i write a lot of songs so i what i do is i just write what i feel if i feel angry i start to write a fast song one of my fast songs is called at "At All" its about someone controlling my life. and when your happy then you write more slower songs like my song Beautiful day...its about a beautiful day lol the first one of he summer! but that was written last year. so if when your either having an awesome day or a terrible one try writting the lyrics out...if you have part of the lyrics but dont know what to do with the rest just messege me and i will help me and my bro wrote an awesome song with just the lyrics he made up which was 'when the world comes crashing down the peices lay all around'!

Hey, sorry to hear about that but it's great that u want to become closer to ur 8th grade friends. First off, don't be all sad or bummed that u dont have ur older friends w/ u for the school year becus then ur 8th grade friends wont wanna be by u. Hang w/ who ur comfortable with at first even if it's just one girl then branch out to others once u've gotten used to not having ur older friends around. and hey, just becus they're in HS and ur in 8th doesnt mean u cant see them after school or over the weekends. I beat they'll want to meet ur younger friends so maybe one day u could ALL hang together . Good luck!

This is my application for broadway baby
1. I check my profile daily. In the summer I usaully check it a few times a day.
2.Yes
3.I've never seen a show on broadway but here are a few of my favorite shows I've seen at a local theatre- The King and I, Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz, The Sound of Music, Really Rosy, Esperanza's Rising and Disney's HSM2 On Stage.
4.I've pretty much got that one covered in #3.
5.Yes I've auditioned for two plays at a local theatre.
6.Yes I can!!!
Answer To Sample Question- First of all, if the play you're auditioning for is a musical and you need an audition peice, make sure that is prepared. You can search for a song from that particular musical on the internet. When you find one you like, practice a couple measures because that's all you will need. Before you begin make sure the acompunist knows how fast to play the piano, where to start and where to end. Sing with confidence and if you mess up don't worry- and apoligizing for messing up is a big no no. When you're done thank the acumpinist and the director for their time. Now when you're are auditioning for a role YOU NEED TO PROJECT!!! THAT MEANS SPEAK LOUD ENOUGH FOR A WHOLE THEATRE TO HEAR YOU WITHOUT YELLING. Also, make sure you're always facing the director (they don't want to see your butt) and make eye contact with the other actors you're reading the lines with. Look up from your paper alot!!! (They won't make you memorize your lines for an audition.) And last but most importantly, have fun!!!!! BREAK A LEG!!! (That means good luck!!!)

Dear Gym Hater,
Push ups are a pain, but there is a pretty easy way to start doing alot more push ups. i was in the same boat at the begining of my gym class i could only do a few like you. but everyday i went home and lifted barbells or other weights and built up my arm strength. if you dont have weights to lift you can also do your push ups with your knees on the floor and your legs bent up. they are easier and if you do those at home they help strenghten your arms and soon you will be able to do all the push ups you need to do. There are always strict teachers in the school. it happens to everyone. Just deal with this strict teacher like anyother strict teacher you had before. just do not cause trouble and always try your best.
