hey girl to get your second leaps (side jetes) sit on the floor in the straddle split position. stretch forward, over to both sides one at a time, and then face your chest to your knee on both sides one at a time. then stretch forward. then, go on top of your elbows and push your hips down to the floor. like be on top of the straddle. if you dont understand this since its kinda hard to explain if i cant show you just comment back to me. as for your splits, when your going down in them and your not fully down, lift both knees off the floor and really press those hips down while keeping your back flat. practice this a couple of times a week to help those splits. hope this helps!
