Hey sammy- your profile isn't public yet, so i"ll answer here. I love doing crunches on a balance ball. bicycles (laying on your back, crunching together to touch your elbow to the oppisite knee)are good to. Russian Twists are super easy too. basically you sit at a 60 degree angle with your knees bent. in your hands you hold either a weighted ball or water bottle, etc, basically anything easy to hold weighing 2-5 pounds. Then you twist to one side, then the other to touch the object to the ground. Hope this helps!

oh, that must of sucked. lol. tonight the trainer is coming to help me with getting my horse on the trailer. when he was younger he was in a bad accident (the owner that had him before me). ugh! but he is a lot better now since ive started working with him and the trainer with the trailer.

Hey, cool! Hope you did well! We don't have a track at my school, so all our meets are at local high schools.

I did pretty well at my meet yesterday. Even though my ankle was messed up. I think the sttarting blocks helped. Do you use blocks? I shaved off seconds on my time. yeay!

Hey, cool about long and high jump! I am not very good at long jump, and I haven't tried high jump. I have a meet today...I haven't practiced hurdles in like 2 weeks because of my ankle, yet I am doing them today with my ankle still hurting...oh well.
