Hey girl! I think you should find out how much other babysitters in your area are charging. Like if any of your friends also babysit, ask them how much they charge. And also see how many hours you are going to babysit for. You might want to charge them an hourly rate instead of one flat rate. You should also ask your parents and see what they think is reasonable. Hope this helps!!

Dear Jess, Yeah, it definitely sounds like you're active! Try doing push-ups or crunches/sit-ups. You can do all of it in front of the TV in your house. Just start to develop a schedule and decide to do an amount of a combination of push-ups and sit-ups everyday at a certain time. Have a goal to do a large amount of push-ups or sit-ups in a row. hey girl! instead of doing thousands of sit-ups every day to get abs try spreading it out throughout the week, exercising 3-4 times a week for about a half hour. This will get you abs FASTER than doing situps for 3 hours every day for a week because i can garuntee that after a week you will get tired of it and quit. So 3-4 times a week do about 35 situps along with 15 situp twists which is when you sit up like a regular situpbut twist you torso to one side then the next tie you sit up twist your torso to the opposite side. Also include some cardio like running or jumping rope to your routine to get maximum results. Remember to be eating healthy foods drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep while you make these adjustments to your body and routine.
