i'm 13. usually you get your period between 9 and 15, so don't worry if you don't have yours yet! umm i think you should run. it will help your thighs. if you want to get abs, check out some of the articles on GL and see some excersises they have! also, if you want to lose weight, eat less junk food and more fruits, veggies, etc. and do lotsa cardio. hope this helps! - torii xoxo

Hey there! Just so you know, here is my period story: so, i'm home from school on a tuesday morning becuz of being sick, or so i thought.... i was complaining i mite throw up (srry, tmi, lol) and so i got in the shower to see if i felt better, and what do u know? i got my period in the shower! talk about luck! well, CVS has great pads, ummm...... it DOES NOT HURT! and maybe you cou;d start to like, idk, carry around pads in ur backpak or something? Hey girl!! that yellowish whitish stuff is discharge. NOTHING to worry bout i get it all the time i have mine and i still get it!its just a normal thing. if you get nervouse just throw on a mini pad or pantie liner, although i choose stay free NON SCENTED mini pads. ugh scented can give you a rash.if yah have any more questions im ALLWAYS here!!!!!

heyy gurlie. okay so periods?? i have mine. got it last week of 6th grade. go figure! lol. anyways, lemme tell u it can be a pain in the butt. seriously. but once u get used to it, it's nothing. start with pads when u get it and then move to tampons when ur ready. you might think ppl can see ur maxi pad or its really noticable, but really ur the only one who knows. so dont feel self conscious. and other questions? ask away
