Hey!! I'm still trying to figure out the wording for the workout move but I'll give it a shot... start with your legs a little more then shoulder width apart. Keep your backk straight and bend down as low as possible then jump up as high as possible and land with your feet together. Bend. Jump up and seperate your legs again and bend. Repeat (go slow) until you get tired (About 15-20) and when you feel like you can do more. I can't remember where I found it, it was a magazine, it might have even been girlslife but I swear by it! (P.s. sorry for the bad wording, I was writing it as I went along)
