Hey, whats up? You havent commented in awhile, hope everythins goin good! I've been doing good lately... just ready for school to end! Today I ate:
bfast- 1 toast, 1 bacon, a over-easy egg, milk
lunch- ice cream (bad, but i def burned it off!)
dinner- yogurt, cheerios, a small chicken strip
snack- I'll probably have a snack later; not sure what yet.
exercise- I biked to the mall today, so it was about a 7 or 8 mile ride ;) See, I worked the ice cream off!

Hello!! How have you been? Are you eating good still?? I've gotten off track some with strenghth training... I've had track and all, but I haven't don't strenghth very much. Anyway,
lunch: 1/2 PB &J, cashew clusters, string cheese, a Cutie orange and some cookies
dinner: more cereal! Popcorn, a pretzel
exercise: I did walking today, I skated some and went for a 15 min bikeride

Lunch- lasagna and peanut butter
Dinner- BBQ chicken, garlic pasta, anda blend of zuccini, broccoli, and green beans
For excercise I help my dad put up our trampoline and jumped on it for a long time!!!

Breakfast- Skipped (I ran out of time in the morning )
Lunch- Healthy Choice Pasta steamers Chicken Basil Pasta and a 100-calorie cookie pack
Dinner- ??? haven't had it yet
Exercise- Ran for awhile (around 2 miles, I expect) near my neighborhood

I have been so busy! Lol, I am really trying to keep up with my exercise tho. I dont have track next week because of spring break, so i really need to puch myself. Ok today I ate:

dinner- Indian taco, sopapilla, 2 Laffy Taffys
exercise- I worked out for 45 min, went for a bikeride, and a walk.

I think something cool to do is maybe, if you have been good that week, you get to buy yourself a new thing for exercise. Like a medicine ball, resistance pull thing, weights, a pedometer, there are so many options! If that doesnt work maybe... giving yourself a facial, doing your fave activity, something you dont normally do. Also, to keep the sweets away, have a fam member moniter how many sweets you eat that day. Have them set a limit for u. You could even have them hide that certain idem.

Hmm... I will think of some ideas for us to kick the sweets!! For now i ate:
bfast- life cereal, a toquito, nuts
lunch- 1/2 PB&J, fruit cocktail, popcorn, and a starbucks frappachino(I never get this, at least it was one of the "light" ones!)
dinner- chiken n dumplings, and a homemade oatmeal cookie (healthiest cookie to eat, but still =()
exercise- I had track and i went for a bikeride

omg ur sweets problem? me 2! i just try not to eat any sweets cause once i start, i can't stop. it sucks. maybe try eating like pretzels or something. or chocolate chips. those last a long time.

& yeah u did good that day. And oh, try to hit the gym the next day, no problem
& okay soo i had a party last nite and got home LATE. so i didnt wake up till 2pm..lol! and i had a basketball game at 3:30. so i just took a shower and went, then i had to get ready for my school's talent show and just had a peice of pizza, urg! & some crackers + cheese w/hummus.

OGM, I totally know how you feel! I have been going a little crazy with the girlscout cookies too.... They are soooo good, especially the Samoas! I told my mom to hold me accountable for how many i eat a day. You should try that with your mom. I'll check in a little later and tell you what I eat today 'cause I have only eaten Bfast so far!

Wow, I cannot believe it's March already!! Anyway, today I ate:
bfast- mini wheats, quaker bar
lunch- 1/2 ham, cheese, lettuce sandwhich, strawberries, cashews
dinner- 2 tacos, corn salad (kidney beans, corn, basil, olive oil, its so good!)and some girlscout cookies for dessert =)
For exercise I had track practice which was like and hour and fourty five minutes.

Hmm... I didnt eat very good today... I think I've gained some weight... not good.

Yeah breakfast is easy and i dont eat snacks, just sides to my meals. & my mom comes homes late sometimes so dinner is all on me & she usually asks what i want. Does ur mom know u trying to eat healthy and stay fit? & you did good today. Really good!
