I am partly homeschool and partly at school. I think i'll be going to high school full time next year though. It is! But me and my friend are giving up chocolate together so like at lunch time it'll be so much easier & OMG! I think I tried that before! Well it was like with cool whip and something yogurt-y in it. Hehe. I will, sounds good! & i pretty much stuck to what i planned today. Its so much easier when u make ur meals for the day and just keep in ur fridge, take them out when u eat

Yeah! Lol dont worry thats exactly what i did this week. I gace up chocolate for Lent but then my mom brought home a box of Girl's Scout cookies. There was one left & no1 else was gonna eat it so i was like, what the heck. So yeah this week has been good so far (: & sounds good! Hope ur plans worked out. breakfast: fiber one shredded wheat with soy milk, banana, + hard-boiled egg lunch: salad w/tofu, yogurt + almonds dinner: im having some soup with a baked potatoe, some tortilla chips and im gonna have a nutrisytem oatmeal cookie for desert!

Are you homeschooled or do you go to school? And yesterday I ate: bfast- oatmeal, mexican bread, piece of tortilla lucnh- pastromi sandwhich, apples &PB snack- Quaker bar dinner- taco, goldfish, some chocolate : ) I had my first track practice! I'm happy and nervous because i dont go to the school that i'm on the team for so i dont know anyone.

Lol its okay, sounds like fun traveling...but OMG dont! It's fine, as long as u didnt have the whole bacth & yeah ur food schedule is gonna be a lil weird when ur out cross country skiing..so whatever! I went skiing saturday..SO MUCH FUN! & yeah i only had a yogurt, banana + almonds for breakfast, then a few pretzels + wheat thins throughout the day cus i didnt have time to eat.

Yeah, same here! My confirmation i had like 2 deserts last friday, and a load of chocolate on valentine's day + monday. & same here, its only 2 days and no chocolate! Im a mess...lol. & GREAT job today...omg i heard about those, and i want them sooo bad!! Next time im at the store ;) breakfast: Fiber One shredded wheat with soy milk, banana + egg lunch: salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, avocado, soy meat, light dressing) yogurt + granola bar dinner: whole wheat pasta, broccoli, some wheat chips, orange, glass of milk

Okay today I finally got to exercise again (after two days, lol)!!! Its because I bruised my tail bone skiing, so I cant do crunches and stuff. At least the skiing was a good 4 hours of exercise : ) Have you ever gone skiing(or snowboarding)? Bfast- Kashi cereal, Quaker bar Lunch- 1/2 pita sandwhich, 1/2 orange, 2 dark choc truffles Snack- puppy chow (chex mix thing), and 3 cookies! (eww, I still cant beleive I ate that much) Dinner-tortellini W/meat sause, salad, wheat thins Exercise- about 30 min jog, 15 min walk

LOL sorry again, i had a super busy weekend and my computer broke down and stuff...urg! & im glad ur all better (: wow, ur doing great, im so proud! & ahaha cool, i do yoga sometimes cus it helps u focus on ur body + how much u eat. brekafast: Oatmeal w/soy milk, walnuts, almonds + banana, OJ lunch: wheat thins + cheese stick, veggies + hummus, yogurt dinner: this vegetarian rice dish my mom made, sweet potatoe, apples + grapes, and i had a small peice of chocolate cake cus for Lent tomarrow im giving up chocolate!

haha you did awesome today! i wonder if shoveling counts as exercise? lol so farrrr heres my food; bfast- fruity pebbles, 2bacon, a lil coffee, 90cal granola bar lunch-2 pieces of pizza, a few apple slices, choco milk dinner-2 small slices of french bread with a lil butter, a small portion of spaghetti with meat sauce, ceasar salad snacks-chips and cheese and salsa, cranrapsberry juice with sprite. ill prob have another granola bar, milk, an orange, and pineapple, and more water. idk =P exercise- shoveling? 20 minutes. prob some ab exercises for like 5 minutes. then maybe a lil arm workout. idk you did good. i soo didnt! and same here im in a chocolate craze too!! loveyouuu;

Lol its okay. and yeah i know it sucks cus it tastes really good! & great job w/ the food part, and omg i went to the movies too last nite! I saw Dear John but i had a nice, filling dinner so i didnt bring anything. & oohh awesome job w/the exercise ;) breakfast: Medium size apple w/ greek yogurt + almonds lunch: i plan on having a veggie burger on wheat bun w/lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado + honey mustard. maybe a protein bar dinner: im just gonna have a salad w/light dressing becus i have a father/daughter dance tonight and i dont wanna look bloated in my dress ;P

Lol.I dont know why but I've been craving water and bread lately.It's weird. breakfast-low fat,natural frosted mini wheats with orange and water lunch-pb sandwich on whole wheat with a few pretzel sticks,apple and juicebox dinner-two small slices of pizza,sliced oranges and watermelon,and small slice of homemade fruit- cheesecake. (i like scraped off the cream cheese and just ate the crust though!)

OMG i know, me too! But yeah me and my aunt are HUGE fans & you did pretty good w/ the food! How was the exercise? breakfast: Luna Bar w/ banana + soy milk (i was late for early band practice so i couldnt eat much) lunch: wheat thins + veggies w/ hummus dip, cheese stick, trail mix dinner: whole wheat pasta w/sauce, soy meat (ik u said it was bad and i read it in the mag so i told my mom and shes gonna look more into it but until now im still gonna eat it lol) steamed corn, + some tortilla chips + homemade guac (:

I did OK today. We went out for dinner. breakfast- whole grain cheerios w/banana, Quaker bar lunch- steak sandwhich w/ guacamole, pears and cheese, organic oreos snack- 1 slice of bread w/PB dinner- orange chicken, brown rice, beef and broccoli, egg roll, I also had some chocolate (I know i shouldnt have) Exercise- 50 minute workout Did i do alright? I think I need to cut back on the sweets.

LOL thats totally okay! Yeah me too.Like my friends eat a little more than I do and when I only eat a little they ask "are you trying to make me look like a pig?" I'm not exactly TRYING.Its just I get filled up easily lol.
