Heyloo! as for your q on my page... i think any of them! mine is the Club Drama Queens, for all types of performers including broadway to t.v. to movies to ballet. and rite now i am deciding on vp, treaserur, etc... ;) thx!

Russian Twists are a type of workout. You sit on the floor and raise your feet up, you twist your arms to one side and your legs to the other, back and forth. It works your abs.
