Thats really cool about your pony! Good job on training her!! My riding has been doing really good. I've been riding this one horse though and he is really slow. haha I had to miss last week though because i only paid for 4 Sunday lessons and there are 5 Sundays in January. well I have to go now but talk to you later!!! heyyyyyyy yeah thanks my icon is my pony jitterbug!!!!!!!!!!!! shes been a big project, when i got her she had about no under saddle work and now she's doing jumping! im so proud of her. hbu? hows ur riding been lately??????

congrats on your show!! glad that you went well! we went well too at syracuse...top 20 in maclay, placed in jr hunters & jumpers so totally thrilled! horses can now have a break until WEF starts in january.

hey - i hope your pony heals ok...sounds like nothing major thank goodness! Good luck at your show & have a total blast!! it sounds really fun. & ya, i have been like CRAZY busy!!! i've just finished at Washington Int'l HS - my horses were AMAZING!! We got in the top 20 in the eq finals which im totally pschyed about cuz charlie is still young & i went into finals this year not really expecting much from him - just wanted him to get experience. also did well in the hunters & jr jumpers so totally thrilled. yeah, i take lessons - several throughout the week...atm my horses are living at my show barn so i can get more lessons etc! at my barn there is like a head trainer & then a few assistant trainers, so i kinda get lessons from all of them...i'm looking forward tho to winding down after syracuse (and so are my horses lol!). ya - ttyl!! have a BLAST at your show!!!

Good luck! Yeah I just went Reserve Champion at an Arabian show last weekend, so I'm pretty pysched about that still ;) I've never been to Egypt; I wish I had been, I'd love to see all the big Arabian farms. Actually Poland would probably be even better..

Cool I was just at a fun show the other day, it went well because I got to see my friends and show them KC-he strained a ligament and we're just now getting to show him. I'm either going to a rated Arabian show this weekend or a schooling show, depends on whether or not my mom's horse is lame. So do you just do open/schooling shows or are you showing on the Paint circuit? We are serious Arabian people and show at Arabian shows often but we also do a lot of open shows. We actually show at all levels, from 4H to National.

Cool! So what kind of saddle is it? Most of my friends are jumping people. So what kind of horse do you have? I need a new saddle, mine doesn't fit my new horse (KC; I just got him for Christmas). Why didn't you get to go to the show?

Its a great verse. So what show are you going to that is so big? Is it like a rated show? I'm going to a fun show in like 2 weeks and hopefully after that a Class A rated Arabian show. So what discipline do you ride? I ride hunter and I have a horse named KC. Hes a purebred Arabian gelding and he's 12. I have not gotten to show him all summer because he had a back injury but hes made his way on to a full recovery! I also have a quarter pony named Carmel and my grandma owns another Arabian gelding named Emi that my mom rides and shows at the local, regional, and national level. I also ride Carmel and Emi as well. Carmel is physically unable to canter so she is my walk/trot pony.

hey girl im sorry that your friend is moving first of all, its perfectly ok to be sad that your bff is moving away. so dont feel bead about that. also, since we live in the age where technology is always ready at our fingertips, there are lots of ways for you two to stay in touch. texting, emailing, calling, writing, instant messaging, fecebooking, skyping... etc. remember to keep in touch and just hold those memories close with her before she leaves! ♥

hey girl! oh, I'm sorry! this is tough! First of all, be happy for your friend that she is getting to attend college! E-mail her, or if you want to be more personal go with snail-mail. if she has a Facebook/MySpace you can stay in touch that way. I find that since my sister is in college 5 hours away, a great way to stay in touch is Skype (video webcam!) it's awesome! check it out! Also, you should plan a special day for the two of you when she does come home. Don't forget-- college isn't forever! she'll be home in 4 years-- for good! hope this helps! post back! ~Lauren

Sorry it took me so long to reply!! I haven't been on here for a while so yeah. Sometimes I change horses when I have lessons so I am not sure what kind of horse they are. I do know that the last one I rode was a Thoroughbred. She was big! That is so cool about you doing the hopping thing on your horse. I bet it would be scary! I know I would be scared! lol ttyl

Yeah, I have 4 colts, two of them are a year old, one is 2, and the other one is 3 and started under saddle. My mom and I are training them ourselves, and we're also working on some lesson horses. How long have you been riding? Dressage looks so fun, and good job with the wins (: And you should try western sometime. Just be careful that it doesn't make your seat sloppy, I have a friend that happened to. She rode dressage/english and did hunter/jumping for a few years when she was young then she started gaming with her sisters QH and loved it. She tried dressage again and she had a sloppy seat. Haha.

I usually ride bareback and western. I'm getting into jumping this year though, I have a TB mare that won a show in New York, but besides that I don't ride english. I've been looking into dressage because I like the elegance in it, but I'm mostly into game shows and barrel racing. I have a Reg. Quarter Horse with racing lines and I'm training her. She's only 6.

I learned to ride bareback, it's freakin hard when ur only eight years old, and now I ride western. No fancy smanshy english and dressage, sadly. I heard u ride english, do ya????
