Hey I need help! So I have really curly blonde hair. I want to let my curls loose this summer!! I can't brush it or it gets too poofy and huge . I usually brush it once in the morning and put a lil water in because it keeps the curls together when it dries. But, it takes too long so I barely wear it down and it gets frizzy! Any tips or products to recommend?? Please help!

hey is saw your post that said u give really good advice on the babsitting page. So here's my problem: I do have a job for babsitting but i share it with a friend(she goes one week and i go the next) and i want to get a job where i dont hav to share it too. There is this family down my street that has two kids and Ive been thinking about asking if they need a babysitter....but HOW? im scared to. I have expierience, im certified for CPR, im 14yrs old, and im very involved i dont just sit around while the kids have to entertain themselves. And when i do ask them which of those things should i tell them..if any?

Hey i was reading something fro mu that said that u gave great advice so i wanted 2 talk 2 u. i have 2 problems. 1 is that their is this guy i really like, and he is 1 year older then me. He doesn't know me but when we are in the same room i often look up and see him looking at me. But hes nvr talked 2 me so i don't know whats goin on! i really like him and i know a lot of stuff about him because my friend in his grade kind of knows him (but not well enough 2 introduce us) and she tells me all about him! i think he may think im hot or something but i cant tell and i also just really want 2 get 2 know him but like i said he doesn't know me at all and im kinda shy! HELP!!!!!!!! my other problem is that in my grade their is this group of girls who are really mean (me and my friends call them the clique) and i don't really know how 2 deal with them. 2 of them are on my Field Hockey team and they were saying that they were the only 1s from my grade 2 be on the varsity but me and my friend r on v. 2!!! they also spread rumors about evry1 but the teachers all love them and so do all the guys in my grade! So i liked(and still kinda like) this guy, lets call him dan, and my friend asked him to go to homecoming with me, and he told her he wanted to go with me, but then came up to me the next day and said he didnt want to go with me. i didnt know that my friend asked him, so i didnt really care, but i was still upset because hes giving me mixed signals. before she asked him, we were planning to go to starbucks together after school. then i texted him after he said no, and said that i hoped we could still be friends, and he responded "of course! " i feel like his friends were pressuring him to say no, because i think one of them likes me. thoughts and suggestions are appreciated!

Hey caroline! I've been getting my periods for a little less than a year now but they're hardly regular- is that normal? Also, I put in a tampon for the first time yesterday, and read the instructions, but I still feel a little weird with it in like when I sit down. ballet4dance- you can punish him! YOU are in charge, don't let him tell you otherwise! when he throws a temper tantrum, just leave him alone while he calms down. once he realizes you're not going to give him what he wants just because he screams and he won't be as temperamental. you also should give him time outs when he hits his sister. since he's 5, you should give him 5 minutes the first offense, and keep doubling it for the next offenses. (10 minutes for 2nd, 20- 3rd, 40- 4th) i would also start rewarding him for not hitting or throwing a tantrum. ask his mom if its okay to give them a piece of candy. maybe you could get a small toy if he doesn't hit or throw tantrums for a month. good luck!

Ask him if you can see his phone and add you number and he'll probably text you if he likes you. Maybe you could have a friend ask him if he likes you or have them tell him you like him! DO NOT LEAD HIM ON even things that you think aren't leading him on, he might think differently, sometimes, saying "hi" could be "leading him on" so if he says hi to you, don't completely ignore him, but say hi really quickly, don't make eye contact, and don't smile... it sounds mean but it should work 2. talk to someone else so that he is sure that you are busy 3. come out and say "thanks but, I'm not interested, sorry." seriously it might seam mean but there are plenty of girls out there, and he will find another to annoy.
