My Healthy You Profile
  1. Fitness Faves
      hmm... well i'll work out at the gym but lately I've been doing: 2 miles of running/jogging followed by sprints, lunges, push-ups, etc.
  2.   Basketball
  3.   I like Kesha, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Black Eyed Peas but I don't have much of Kesha, Lady gaga, or the Black EYed Peas (my top three of the four) on my ipod :(
  4.   Listen to what my body wants- I get plenty of water and rest whenever my body needs it! (i get this advice from books :) )

      To become a healthier person and shape up.

  12.   pretty much anything! (this isn't for makeup, boys, etc, it's the healthy u section, ive noticed how lotsa girls haven't realized that. it bugs me how this is in the HEALTHY YOU section and nobody realizes that it isn't about boys and fashion but about health...)
