When I’m craving unhealthy foods, I… Would normally chew on gum, but since I have brd aces =( I'd prob think/look around my house fo a looong time before I remember peaches,my go-to snack for times like that (hey, that rhymes!)

I need advice on… Maybe an easy excercise routine for newbies. I have no upper arm strength, and I'd like to se my thighs get thinner, so I'd kinda wanna work on those things
