Hey! Well, for breakfast, I love to eat whole wheat toast with some sort of topping other than the standard butter and jelly. You could try low fat peanut butter, honey, bananas, Nutella, any combination of those, or anything else you can think of. I also really like Multi-grain Cheerios with skim milk and some type of fruit. You could try strawberries, bananas, blueberries, or whatever fruit you like. Also, if you like eggs, try having a hard boiled egg on the side with either the cereal or the toast. It's healthy, and the protein in it will help keep you full until lunch. For lunch, I like hummus on pita bread. Not everyone likes hummus, though; it's kind of hit-or-miss, so I suggest you try it first. I put tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, or whatever vegetables I feel like having on it. Also, you could eat a lean turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
