Hey girl! Ok so based on everything you've said I would say this guy is equally confused about you as you are about him. Stalking him a few years ago wasn't very nice..so I think you should apologize about that, since it may still be bothering him. After that, just casually initiate a conversation..after all he is single, so try and talk to him to get a better feel for how he feels about you. You could text him over summer vaca if you have his # or leave a message on his wall on Facebook or just give him a good old fashioned phone call.
I know it's scary but the only way to know if a guy is interested (if he doesn't tell you) is to let him know that you are.
Good luck girl! Oh and I think it's so sweet you've liked him for so long! I'm like that too...liking the same one guy for years :-D

Hey!

I can't really say what color would look good in your hair. I have naturally very dirty blonde hair, and highlight blonde, so I don't have much experience with black hair. Next time you go to get your haircut, ask the stylist what color she thinks would look good in your hair.

As for asking your parents, I can help. try to show them that you are extra responsible, like do your chores without being asked, etc. Don't fight with your siblings, and try to do extra good in school. When you think that you've shown them that you are responsible, ask them.

If they day yes, then great!

If they say no, stay calm, and don't whine/complain. Maybe even offer to pay for it yourself. If they still say no, just wait a while, and ask again.

Here are some ideas of fun things to do with your bff:


~ As you said, sleepover. Do something fun when the clock strikes midnight, like run a lap around your house, make up a cheer, etc.

~Go Ice skating ( your local ice rink may or may not be open)

~Go out to dinner. It doesnt have to be anywhere fancy, but going out is fun

Hey girlie!
I don't know a lot about this, but I will tell you what I know.

In high school, they usually have the older cheerleaders, direct the others in a cheer, test what skills you have, etc. Other schools may do it differently, though. So ask somebody who knows about this (a cheerleader, the coach,) how it works for more info.

Hey!

Sounds like both you and your friend like the same guy. That's hard.

If he doesn't have a girlfriend, your friend is allowed to flirt with him, too. Just don't get to competitive. It might ruin your friendship, and it sounds like it already is. Tell your friend that she should be careful of your feelings, and promise you'll be careful of hers. That way no one gets hurt.

If you get the guy, (and it sounds like he likes you!) be sensitive to your friend, because she will be dissapointed.

If she gets the guy and you don't, try not to be to upset. I know it's hard, but, there are other fish in the sea, and this guy might not have been worth it anyway.
