What signs does he show that he likes you?
Maybe he doesn't go on his email much, or isn't allowed to text. Or maybe, he just likes talking to you face-to-face better than using his phone or the internet.

If you really like him then look past this. Talk to him more in school (if he goes to ur school) or ask him to see a movie or to go to the mall, or the ice-cream place.
If your worried about not being able to see him over the summer, tell him that u'll text him over the summer. See how he reasponds.
