hey, saw ur q! I would suggest hanging with him, flirting, and dropping subtle hints. If this doesn;t work, or you just want to get it done quickly, you admit your real feelings. A true friend wldnt let it wreck the relationship if the feeling weren't mutual on both ends. B4 u say ur feelings, make a promise tht things wont be awkward after u get it out in the air. The worst tht can happen is u get a no but remain friends. U cld evn be the one to make the first move, and ask out!

Hey some advice...
You should either get to talking to him more, or get to know the girl that he's really close to. She might have some good inside info on him, and you guys could become good friends (always good to have). If you do this, tell her right away that you like him (as long as she's not a gossip source).
If you start talking to him more, treat him as a friend first and then once you feel like a good friend then you can get to flirting. Don't move too quickly. Pay attention to the way he looks at you and talks to you to see if it's any different than the way he looks at and talks to other girls. If it's a positive difference, score one for you. I think i can help with your boy problem... what you described with the boy you like is exactly what i am going through. Teaseing is good that usually means he is flirting, so flirt back.

Next timw your school has a dance ask him before for the dance, casually say "hey make sure you save a (slow) dance for your swim club buddy" or something clever like that. And if he forgets tell him he broke a promise and has to make it up to you.

So my advice is ... go on guysville then click on best of guys, then find the one that say "ways to see if he's really into you". Look through them and next time you are with him see if he shows any of those signs. Also to show him that you like him go to guysville then click on icebreakers and you will get a bunch of thinks to show him you lie him and to get to know him better.
