  1.   I incorporate ideas from everywhere, but I've always liked Rachel Bilson's simple style.

My Healthy You Profile
  1. Fitness Faves
      Fun sports!
  2.   Pole vaulting with cardio added in.
  3.   Anything on my iPod, but I usually watch TV while I run.
  4.   Run, really push yourself, and make sure to add in strength training. This ups your baseline metabolism and helps you burn fat even when you're not active. Cardio is definitely the most important factor though if you're trying to lose weight!

      I need more will power and control.
  6.   Wasting less time so I can sleep more!
  7.   Skinny people and healthy food.
  8.   I don't really have any idols.

      Celery (negative calories!)
  10.   applesauce, peanut butter banana smoothies, healthy chocolate frosty, healthy hot chocolate, curry chicken with wild rice, pad Thai sauce with whole wheat noodles, and my ultimate favorite, my California Pizza Kitchen version of healthy pizza... plus theres more and you can ask me for any of them!
  11.   drink water and eat a healthy substitute. For chocolate, I drink my healthy hot chocolate. For sweets, I eat fruit, and for chips or salty snacks I have crackers and veggies with hummus.
