about your bob and jim??? problem. I think bob will actually ask you out before he starts to date you. have you guys even talked about it because if he thinks you two are going out he would make a date with you and hang out with you more. If he is dating you tell him you need to take it slow and learn more about him before you are comfy with the whole d word (dating)
