Hiya! I got grounded from the computer, and got it about a week ago. Sorry it took so long to get back to the club. >.<

4. How many teams are you on per year for that sport?2 for soccer, and I haven't taken skating classes for about a year now, soon it will be two classes per year for that too.
5. Are your friends on one of your teams? One of them, but it depends on what season it is (she's a year older than me, but she might be on my team next year)
6. Do you play more than one time a week? yup, for soccer I have practice 2 times a week and a game in the weekend. It's only in fall and spring, but I play with my friends whenever we're bored.
7. Are you good, from your opinion? soccer: not the worst, not the best, but a lot of improvement from last time. skating: not really, but if I keep practicing...

What You’ll Need:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup plain yogurt diluted a bit with milk, or 1/4 cup of buttermilk

For the Frosting:

8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup unsalted butter (one stick), at room temperature
1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 cups powdered sugar

What You’ll Do:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
3. Beat butter until light, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating to incorporate after each addition. Add the vanilla and the applesauce and beat until smooth.
4. Mix in half of the dry ingredients. Just before they are blended, add the thinned yogurt (or buttermilk). Then mix in the rest of the dry ingredients, until completely incorporated. Do not over-mix.
5. Fill muffin cups about two thirds full of the batter.
6. Place in the middle rack of the 375°F oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until done. The cupcakes should spring back to the touch, and a toothpick or thin skewer should come out clean.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool.

For the Frosting:

1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined. 3. Once cupcakes are cool, apply frosting.

Fresh Blackberry-Lemon Crumb Bars--I did get this off GL, because I lost my recipe book

What You'll Need:

· 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
· 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
· 1 large egg
· 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
· 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
· 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
· 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blackberries

What You'll Do:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark-coated metal pan).
2. Position oven rack in middle of oven. Spray the bottom only of a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray(or foil-line pan).
3. Place the cake mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl.
4. Blend with an electric mixer set on low speed until all dry ingredients are moistened and mixture is well blended and crumbly.
5. Press half of mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, whisk together the lemon zest and condensed milk with the lemon juice in a medium bowl.
8. Stir until well-blended.
9. Arrange blackberries evenly over surface of partially baked crust.
10. Pour lemon mixture over blackberries as evenly as possible; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
11. Bake for 20–24 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
12. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
13. Cut into bars.
14. Store in the refrigerator.

Makes 24 large or 36 small bars.

Rocky Road Squares

Ingredients:
1 (21.5-oz.) package brownie mix, plus vegetable oil and eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven according to brownie mix package directions. Spray a 13x9x2-inch cake pan with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.

Make the brownie mix according to package directions, using vegetable oil and egg(s) and substituting evaporated milk for water. Spread into prepared cake pan.

Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny. Spread out evenly. Top with marshmallows and walnuts.

Bake again for 3 to 5 minutes or just until marshmallows begin to melt. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm.

Well, I love to cook. I can use the stove. I know how to make spaghetti, soup, cookies, and a lot of other stuff too. My mom reads these murder mystery books that have recipes and we have made some of them and they are really good. My dad and my mom have worked at stores where you have to cook, and I LOVE to cook!!! Hope that is a good reason
