heyy!!!! i love ur icon, and let me say i know what u mean by being a slow runner :*( me and my bestie were in an all althletic gym class, and barely made the mile... but now that im getting healthier and dropping weight i feel good about myself try walking for 10 minutes then jogging for 5 for about an hour everyday, it really does help. good luck and have fun xoxox snowgirl xoxox
