ok you need to eat more but healthier like a chicken ceaser salad for lunch or whole meals and it is totally proven in tests that if you eat breakfast you actuall loose weight faster and look skinnier

hey i saw that you left a comment about being overwieght and when you go anerexic you are doing nothing for your body you have to eat to loose weight but eat less and eat healthier and when you work out do a half hour of cardio a day it really works but you have to eat ok and dont go excersise crazy i was overweight a few years ago and this helped me loose a bunch of weight and dont feel like you are a number on the scale i wouldnt even use one just try to be happy with yourself ok? studies say that girls who look at the scale tend to think they are heavy and become more insecure so just try to be healthy

ok here it goes... i liked(like) one of bff's ex boyfriend and i told her about it to make sure she was ok with it and she said it was fine. so the boy (derek) figured it out that i liked him and everyone says he don't like me but i've never heard it directly from him. now my bff is saying that she still likes him. i have no idea what i should do because i really like him and i usually run with him at track practice but he broke his foot!! so now i can like NEVER talk with him. if he really doesn't like me i just want him to tell me, not hear it from other people. i don't know what to do so i was hoping u could give me some great advice!!!!

Hmmm... I just listened to it on YouTube. I don't see why anyone would dislike it. It sounds really neat and I'm sure it sounds even better live than it did in the video. I can tell you the names of the songs we did last semester which I also really loved. We did "I Am Not Yours", "Mary Did You Know", "Sweet Little Jesus Boy", "Sing Joy: A Medley of Carols", "I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day", & "For Unto Us A Child Is Born". They're all really great but my favorite one out of those was "I Am Not Yours". Have you heard any of those?
