I know exactly how you feel because i'm going through the same thing with my friends. Every chance that we get we're going to hang out. Also think as this as an opportunity to make new friends. Because you've been hanging with the same people all these years, you probably haven't noticed all the other great people around you. Hope this helps! Hey! There are severl things you can do. Whenever I have cramps, I use a heating pad. Believe it or not, exercise can also help relieve cramps. If you don't feel up to doing that and a heating pad isn't working, you can always take medicine. Over the counter meds should work, like Tylenol or Advil. But if you have really severe cramps and even over the counter medicines don't work, you should go to your doctor. They can prescribe you a stronger medicine that should work. Good luck!!
