Thank you so much for your advice. I'll definetly take it. I'd also like to thank you for your encouragment for high school. Today was orientaion and I got to meet my first term teachers and my chorus teacher wants me and my friend to pair up and go to state with a group of boys and compete, and my FFA leader wants me to be an officer and be on several teams and my my speech club teachers already talking about competitions. So maybe high school is 'my time to shine'. thanks so much, and good luck to you for this school year, i'm sure you'll do great.

Dear Cross-Country Chick,
My friend is always saying she is overweight. And making a big deal about the fact that I weigh a lot less then her, about 20lbs less. But she isn't fat, she's not tiny, but she's not fat. And I work out almost everyday, and she doesn't. And I rarely eat candy while she always does. She always gets really mad about it to. But it's hard for me to feel sorry for her when I've offered to help her, but she never does anything different. I don't make a big deal about weight.

The biggest, bestest club has just been created to host the biggest night n day club ever. Anyone is invited. This club is different in the sense that all of your opinions are allowed, surveys are given every week, and weekly girl chat questions are given. Every topic in the world will be covered.

If u want to expand your bubble, try expanding your friends. You and your lab partner got a lot in common? Ask for their number or see if the want to hand out sometime. If it's a guy, don't make it seem like a date. Unless you want it to be a date. Also, join some clubs, sports, or take some classes in your community, you'll meet other people with some of the same hobbies as you.

hey sorry i didnt reply right away iv been really busy!

thats cool. and thank you. i dont do track bc i have active-astham (in other words when i run i have an astham attack and i have a rare kind where occiasionally i will get like hives or swelling on my face) but i do run at home (i have to b careful) bc i do cheer and gymnastics so i have to stay in shape. my brother pj is really big on track and has been doing it for years (thats how ik stuff about running). im not sure what he runs tho

thank u 4 the advice. listening 2 music helps so much. my only prob is that the headfones dont stay in my ears. lol. i need 2 get a better pair. the running shoes sound good n i need 2 buy some. i hav some but need new 1s. i really like the idea about thinkin positive and sayin ull hav so much fun. i went 4 a jog tues but it was really short n i prob only jogged about a total of 5 mins cuz i dropped my fone n it broke n i didnt realize until 5 mins afta joggin, well walkin joggin cuz i jog on hills which im not good at. but i realized cuz i hav a envy 2 with the keyboard n the inner screen broke somehow. but luckiily the next day it fixed. guess how? i dropped it again. lol. no joke it fixed it. but i stopped joggin cuz i was freakin out how my dad was gonna kill me n stuff. thank god i didnt tell them n it was fixed b4 i did. phew.
but back 2 jogging, the cross country team is already over n i ccant do track cuz i joined the musical but i need 2 find some1 2 run with. the one person who wouldve isnt my friend anymore n all my other friends r way 2 lazy. any ideas of how longi shouldd jog or stuff?im still trying 2 figure out howi should build up stamina n how many days a week so work out. thanks!! hope u dont mind this is so long. lol
