For the Lady Gaga concert I would wear a cute pair of jeans, skinny jeans if you own any, some cute flats, or another comfy shoe, and an awesome t-shirt with a cardigan over it, just in case it's cold.

Thats cool. Good luck. I had solo & esemble back in the begining of March and I got a 2 on my solo which was pretty good. Yeah the sympohinic band competes which is the band Im in and next weekend we r hosting a band and choir competition at the high school which is pretty exciting but we have to work it. Yeah marching band is pretty big too. This year was the 1st year ever that r band has done marching band competitions. Which they r really cool. Thats really cool that u get to go to Disney World next year. Next year for my bands band trip we r going to NEW YORK!!!! But my senior year I get to go to Disney World. But Im really excited.

Thats cool, my 8th grade year was ok. Well I did not try out for the musical but I did do stage crew but I did try out for the fall play but did not get a part so I did stage crew. But to tell u the truth musical takes up a lot of ur time. I am pretty happy its over but kind of sad at the same time. I play the clarinet. Thats not bad for ur chair. I am 6th chair out of 7. I was 5th until the girl chair challenged me and beat me but thats ok. We need someone to be strong on 3rd part because the girl in the last chair can not play really well and we do not know how she got into Symphonic band. But whatever.lol. Its ok with me. So do u do any solo and esemble contests or does ur band do an organizational contest?

Hey sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I have not been on the computer in a while which is not normal for me. But the reason why I have taken so long to respond is because I have been busy with my high schools musical. Which they r doing little shop of horrors and I am on stage crew. So I guess u have a big love for band like me!!! Well thats really cool. I have a few questions to ask u. Whats ur name, how old r u, what grade r u in, and where do u live? My name is Beth, I am 15 years old, I am a freshman in high school, and I live in Illinois. So ur band teacher sounds really cool. Mine is really funny too and is a really sacastic guy. We really love to drive him crazy. We have gone to making him a facebook page to putting a picture of his face over Justin Bieber's and but Donny over Justin so its Donny Bieber. There r so many other funny stories I could tell u but I will let u respond first.

It was "Opposites Attract," the one you posted on "Life is NOT a Teenage Romance Novel," located on the "You Wrote It" tab! I always forget those kinds of things, too, sometimes my friends are say, "You know that poem you wrote that I read yesterday?" And usually I tell them, "Come on, I've got a horrific memory! How do you expect me to remember?"

That poem was fair--the message was lucid, the beat was followed through, it was fairly descripitive, the only critism I have is to use a wider variety of vocabulary. I use a thesaurus, but you're really blooming into a mature poet (what I mean is no more poems like in first grade about how exquisite the daisies are in mommy's garden!);)!

Hey Sweetie!
It was quite a while ago you posted the comment about maybe having an ingrown toenail, but I just read it and want to give some advice if you get one again:
First, I know the MOD said to just take some Tylenol and let it be...that's just what you DON'T want to do! If you ignore it, it will only get worse. Never get better (I've had several before, I know :]).
What you need to do it either
a) Go to the doctor and have them get it out. It will hurt, but you won't regret it. It can get infected, and I believe it could lead to worse problems along with excruciating pain.
or
b) Ask a parent for help! You'll need to cut it out with some nailclippers and wash it off well afterwards,(especially if it's oozing stuff =P), and it WILL be painful, but soo worth it. The relief after it's out is amazing. Google it for better instructions.
And after it's out and you're good, keep the nail clipped in a square shape; don't cut it round. This will help prevent future ingrowns.

That was a good poem! Normally the whole stereotype thing would bug me, but it was about the different groups and how you can't find where you belong, so stereotypes are practically needed.
