Hey chica!! No tampons shouldn't hurt when you put them in if there done right. So what you could do is try some different angles, because every girls body is different, and what it says on the box isn't always best for that girl reading it. If it still hurts ask a female adult that you trust alot to help you out. They will be more then happy to show you or teach you. If that doesn't work and its still hurting you could try a different brand or size. Now if new ones don't help at all, then maybe tampons aren't the best thing for you. Most girls, when they change their tampon are on the toilet. So they are sitting down, and I'd say that whichever way you feel most comfortable with is the best way to go. Thanks so much, it's so great to know that someone cares! I thought that my friend hadn't learned anything, but I got to thinking last night, and I noticed that she really doesn't hang out with the popular girl as much anymore. I can't say I'm sad about that ;). Thanks again!

hey girl!
i know how it feels to have a friend like that!if she is still being treated badly by her so called friends and she comes to you for help then you need to tell her "i will help you but you can't treat me bad anymore i don't like it" and hopefully she will say "ok" you should also tell her that her friends are treating her badly because she may jsut want to be liked by them so much she jsut wants to deal with it but you should tell her "those girls that you hang out with are treating you like dirt i don' think you should hang out with them anymore" and walk away that is what i would do! I hope this helped!

Do you have some bff advice? My friend was friends with a popular girl and was treating me like dirt. Finally, the popular girls treated her like she was treating me. She was in tears and really hurt by some of the thnigs they said to her. She cried and I helped her for a week. Then, she jus becomes friends with the girl again! She was hurt SO bad, and then she was bffs again! I've talked to her a million times. Any advice about what I should say??

hey girl correct i do give out advice! well having your period is different for everyone you may get cramps or feel bloated your lower back may be aching or you might jsut feel under the weather that day any of these symtoms could lead to your period as for going to a docter he might tell you the " expected date" but he doesn't know for sure it is all up to you how your body feels and if it is ready for that hope this helped!
