Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on since like May or June, but I'm back!!! I haven't been the best at keeping up my workouts lately, especially running. One of my best friends and I promised each other that we would run almost every week day and at the end we would run this major cross-country course. I think she might kill me at the course in the middle of August. RunnerRain, I'm also with you on giving in to eating! Especially in the summer when I get bored. Oops!

Hey! I'm gonna post a great ab workout every week, and so this is what I suggest you do: Do this exercise as many times as you can every other day until I post the next. If you like it and it helps, add it to your daily workout in future weeks. Side Slimmer 1. Lay down on your side, square your hips and stack your legs. Bend your 90 degrees. Be sure your hips are still squared and your legs are still stacked and on the floor. 2. Twist at the waist so that your shoulders are flat on the ground. 3. Cross hands at chest. 4. Bend up using your side muscles. 5. Do as many as you can on each side. You may do this as often as you want throughout the day. Remember to drink lots of water!!!! Hope this helps! Post back!
