hey. so saw that you wrote that you needed help gaining wieght. well first of all i dont think it matters if you gain a little bit of fat if your trying to gain weight anyways. so eat a little bit more then you usually do, it doesnt have to be junk food, but take seconds at dinner, eat between meals, and you could even eat dessert a couple times a week! (: also, building muscle helps you gian weight, or makes you weigh more, so lift some weights, do push ups, lunges, squats, or if you have the wii fit it gives you some exercises to help build muscle.
