Ohhh! It's outside! Also make sure that you wear plenty of sunscreen (50 SPF or higher) so you can avoid sunburn. Also try to find a hair sunscreen!

V.P. question Answer this example question **** I am a swim instructor and I am in a chlorine pool all day. It is outside and my hair gets dryed out from the chlorine and the sun. My skin is the same way. I really need help! What do you think I should do?! **** A: Before you even get into the water wet your hair down with non-chlorinated water. Your hair will absorb less chlorinated water and more of thee water already on it! Make sure you use a great conditioner for your hair to keep it moisturized, also use a stay in spray on conditioner like the Panteen type. Make sure that the days that you go to swim that you don't use shampoo because it will take all of the natural oils from your hair and chlorine will just make it worse. Also every week or every-other week use a good deep conditioner on your hair. For you skin keep it moisturized with a moisturizing lotion that has no fragrance, especially if you have sensitive skin. But even before that make sure that you rinse off your skin from the chlorine right when you get out of the pool, this will make the chlorine get off so it won't dry your skin any longer.

Do you wear make-up, and how often if yes? I always wear makeup when I go out an when i go to school, it's just my addiction I guess! Optional (?) (Not true) I have brown hair, blue eyes, and light skin. My skin is also sensitive. What brand should I use and what colors? For your eyes coppers, golds, plums, silvers, and smokey blacks would look awesome. Black eyeliner would really make then pop! For sensitive skin (which I have) make sure when you use a moisturizer, or anything for your skin that isn't fragranced. Also look for moisturizers, face washes, and makeup that says that it's made for sensitive skin! Clinique is a good brand for people with sensitive skin, MAC (which can be pricey), e.l.f. has some good ones if you're looking for cheaper makeup. Also use mineral makeups because they're good for you and they're natural! Make sure you find colors that match your skin tone (or are only a little lighter than your natural color) otherwise it will look off. I like to use Cover girl for my face becauase I have really pale skin and I can always find a color that matches my tone.
