About the see-through shirt thing, wear tank tops (colored, white, etc.) Also, blouses are really easy, just w/ jeans and boots, flats. You can put a tank top under those and it won't feel tight. Also, if you don't like tanks, sports bras are a lot less noticable (if they're in white)but they look cute in a baggy, of slouchy, of the shoulder top in bright, neon colors. Hope this helped!

hey about the earring thing why don't you sit down with your parents and tell them everyone has earrings and give them examples (thats how i did it). if they aren't buying it do a cute puppy dog face and tell them that you want earrings and you don't want to wait 'till college (tht is just way to long). tell them its not that painful and its really cheap @ Clare's (i believe its cheap[i believe thts how u spell clares]). if they still won't let you then idk. hope these work for you i'm not tht good at giving advice
