Hey spikedwitasmile, I saw your comment and this is a really tough stich but if you really want to u can get through it! If you are really happy with both of your friends and they are fighting over you, you have to balance the time with both of them. If you make plans with one friend and the other wants to hang? Don't blow off the one that you first made plans with. Also even though one may be popular if one of the girls is a bit different she might feel left out and she is probs phyched that you want to be her friend. So also if balancing them doesn't work out try to resolve the fighting between the two and introduce them and try and get them to know eachother a bit better invite them both over for pizza and a movie or try and do something in a big group so it can be mutual. Hope this helps! ec1464

Hi! I'm on a eating- healthier kick right now, so here are some of my tips. K, #1, DON"T SKIP B-FAST! Even tho it feels like it's bad for you, it's soooo totally not. In fact, it's better if u eat little bits thruout the day instead of nothing and then a big meal. #2 fruit/veggie smoothies are healthy and soo goood! Here's my fave. 1 frozen banan choc. chips, depends on how many if ya luv them. milk or almond milk - 3/4 cup 2 tbsp Peanut butter mix it in a blender and enjoy!!! Hope I helped, please come to my page and write back if ya want! xoxo elliekate

hi i just have a little question about my friendships... so here it goes.... i moved to a new school and i met lots of friends. but so far my besties have been fighting over me. and its really hard to choose a side or tell them how i feel because the one i hang out with is totally popular and the one i dont hang out with too much is ...er, different. I want to hang out with one, for my chance of popularity, which feels divine, but i dont want the other one to feel left out. i know i probably sound naive, but being popular or the center of attention would be enough to keep me happy for my whole life.

Hey girl, I saw your post about stuff to bring to camp to keep your face clear that isn't too expensive. I've got some for ya: 1) E.L.F Zit Zapper. This is an awesome product that you just roll onto your skin. Plus, it's only $1.00. You can probably find it at a Target store. 2)Neutrogena oil-free moisture for combination skin. This keeps your skin both moisturized and oil free. 3) Neutrogena Oil-free acne wash foaming scrub. This will wash away sweat and oil and keep your skin clear. 4)Clean & Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent. This will also keep your skin clear of acne. I hope this helps, have a great time at camp!

Guess what? My goal is to lose my stomach flab too. I am going to admit something to you that sucks; you can't spot reduce. Meaning, you cannot do 1,000 crunches a day and expect flat abs. However, what does work is decreasing general body fat. Here is how; eat a healthy, low calorie, clean diet; whole grains, veggies, fruits, low fat dairy, lean meats, ect. Limit/avoid junk foods and always/almost always only drink water and low fat dairy. Pair it with a mix of strength training and cardio for all over fat blasting results and bikini ready abs! Check out my site for specific workouts you can do. One thing I recommend are Jillian Michaels workout DVD's; they are very hard but give you results. Hope I helped!
