Hey girl! I saw your comment on your spotting issue. Spotting is hard for me to, but I always just concentrate on a thing on the wall. It can be a poster, a dot, or a sticker. That helps me a lot! Hope this helps!

hey i saw ur spotting question and i used to have a problem w/that too so maybe i can help. what my teacher had us do was look @ ourselves in the middle and slowly turn around while still looking @ urself in the mirror. then whip ur head around really fast when u turn around. (dont do a real pirouette or nething just use both feet.) do this a couple of times but get faster and faster while still looking @ urself. hope this helps!
