if it really matters to you so much try doing wat i do. come up with a list of workouts for your abs.then on a piece of paper(i use note cards)write down a workout for yourself with the exercise and # of reps and stick to it.you dont hav 2 do it all at once but complete the whole workout be the end of the day then write a new one for the next daymake sure you stick 2 this system and when u know longer feel the burn add more reps i hope this helps
