Hey girl! Your right the club has been a little down lately. Im hoping to get it running again soon! As for your questions: 1) Try putting the earings back in and not touching them for a week. They should get better on their own. Most likely they just got a little irritated. If they are not better in a week, go see a doctor. The peircing may be infected, and u may need to let the holes close 2) I am SO SORRY I didn't respond to this in time for your dad's birthday. I hope u were able to figure something out! Ugh, group projects! I know what it's like, I hate working in groups, I'd rather wing it solo. We did the WORST project at our school in English, Literature Circles-ugh, it was TERRIBLE! Haha, thanks, good luck to you too! Yeah, I'm gonna make Tres Leche Cake, which is this cake you make with skim milk, whole milk, and goat milk, but mine keeps turning out runny! ARGH! Did you have the past two days off from school, for President's Day?

Eh, I'm good. SO MUCH HOMEWORK! School is too overwhelming. Had a GIGNORMOUS! project on Libel and Slander due today, then a science presentation worth 10% your overall grade on Monday, and tomorrow I have to do a short story. I also have to make a traditional food dish in Spanish, AND an oral book report next week! AH!! But yeah, mostly good! Haha, yeah, perfectionist, I know what you mean!

Hey elizabethmariexo! So to address the prob of your back aching once a month, if you have your period that mite be the answer to that prob. As for becoming flexible, it takes time. It's not somethin that just happens overnight. Here's a list of stretches to try: -sit on the ground in a pike and reach for your toes. it's okay if you cant reach them, go as far as you can without bending your knees. then try it standing up. -sit on the ground in a straddle and reach out in front of you as far as you can go without bending your knees. -also try doing your three splits; right. left, and middle If you need any other strtching ideas let me know or google it. And all the motivation you need is the fact that you want to be flexible. Hope this helped! ;) XOXO~Courtney <333333

I would try setting an alarm clock, cell phone or iPod alarm to go off everyday at a time when u are almost always free. If u have time in the morning, doing even just 5 or ten min of streching in the morning can really help. If u r often rushed in the morning try right before bed to relax or just anytime during the day you can fit it in. As for streches, try straddles, pigeon, and splits to help you reach your toes, they help open up your hips. For your back try this: get down on your hands and knees. Sit back onto your heels and reach out your arms. Another option is to take a yoga or stretch class at a dance studio, YMCA, or other school/community center. You can also try google-ing stretches or yoga poses, or go to a bookstore or library and see what u can find. Hope this helps! P.S. Please consider joining advice girlies! I really need more people!
