Hey, I saw you wanted help on volleyball tryouts. Well, you just have to control the ball. And be especially good at the position you want to play, like setter, etc. Also, don't be a goody-goody to the coach but if you have a question ask her, like say like this right? Because if you don't know what the drill is, how can you do it? And most important. SMILE !!

Hey girl! When he gets jealous about you liking a celebrity guy, just reasure him that you don't like the celebrity more than him. Just say something like "You know that I like you more than so and so, right?" When you are around him and he is acting like something is wrong, just say like "Is something wrong? You know you can talk to me about anything. I'm not going to get mad or anything." See if that helps him open up. And remember to go to him when something is wrong too. I hope this helps!

Hey girl! If boring ol' gray isn't working for ya, maybe you could buy some sweats and shorts in bright colors. Any athletic store, or even a regular place you shop like Target, should have some in your fave colors - without breaking the bank either! If you really want to shake things up, you can get some of your track buds together to decorate your own personalized pants. A trip to the craft store for fabric markers or other supplies would get you started! And remember, if you're happy with what you're wearing, that's what matters. The right guy will be impressed by your confidence. xoxo

Hey girl! If you don't know her that well yet, try to chat with her during school. If you're having trouble getting her to open up, start with something everyone likes to talk about - like your crazy science teacher, spring break plans, or the new Twilight movie. Or since you're good at making people laugh, use that! If the trouble is because there's some awkwardnesss since you used to be good friends with her friend and they're constantly together, is there a way you could include the old friend in the convo? It might feel strange at first, but being on her good side will def help in this budding friendship. Hope that helps a little more! xoxo
