I use the elliptical at my local gym. I also use this machine that works to tone your thighs, gluteus and butt. Think of doing more repetitions with less weight than more weight for less time. If you can't go to the gym or you don't have time, jumping for an hour on your trampoline would be very cardio! Do it with your friends and then time will fly. You could also go out on runs around your town/neighborhood (good for butt, thighs and abs) and sprint up all the hills and jog back down x10 and then rest and x10. Helpful?
