hey girl hiphop is a great idea! look online for some vids of dancers and choreography to just give you a head start and get those creative juices flowing! also when doing your splits, lift your knees off the ground and press down with your hips. this will help with your flexibility. hope this helps!

Hey girl! I know what you are going through.. Ijust had my period and it stinks. I was 12 with boobs and I didnt get it til last week. Of course every girl isn't going to have their period at the exact same time. My mom was 9 when she had hers. I have a size 36B..but don't worry you will probably have yours shortly. So be prepared just in case. It's always good to have pads/tampons in your pocket or bag incase you start it at school. GOOD LUCK!! I hope the best for you.
