Hey I think if you are looking for soy and gluten protein you should try Seitan(made entirely out of gluten) (which prob. wouldn't be good if u allergic to gluten) or there is soy milk or regular milk that give u protein. But if you like fake meat that's a good option too. I've been a vegetarian since birth and still am now and have been for 11 1/2 years!! If you need help on anything ( and I mean ANYTHING) else, Feel free to leave me a comment on my "wall"
But if ur looking for like little snacks that are healthy, not to filling (and of course yummy!!!!) Then I recommend any type of veggie sticks or chips THEY ARE EXTREMELY GOOD!!!!
