CANTALOUPE SMOOTHIES

Some people don't like cantaloupe so swap the cantaloupe for oranges or peaches or some other fruit. but I find that the cantaloupe is the best! Plus here is some facts about the benefits of the cantaloupe

1.The natural vitamin A from beta-carotene in this juice lowers the risk of cataract and generally helps improve your vision.

2.The strong content of vitamin C stimulates white cells to fight infection, naturally building a good immune system!

3. A special compound in cantaloupe relieves the nerves and calms anxieties.

4.When going through a stressful period, keep this musky melon on the side and drink its juice regularly. The potassium content helps to rebalance and normalize the heartbeat. This in turn sends oxygen to the brain and regulates the body's water balance.

5. A deficiency in potassium can cause muscular cramps and greater susceptibility to injury. Drink cantaloupe juice to prevent these.

So before you throw out the cantaloupe all together just try it and see if you like it. cantaloupe has so many benefits that you don't want to miss out on.

1 CUP OF ORANGE JUICE

3-4 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICE CREAM (If going healthy you could swap the ice cream for frozen yogurt. I've never tried it but it's a good switch if you want to go a little healthier.)

4-5 BIG CHUNKS OF CANTALOUPE (or any other fruit of your choice)

PUT IN BLENDER AND USE ANY SETTING THAT WILL CHOP EVERYTHING UP AND MAKE IT SMOOTH.

Heyy girl thanks for commenting on my profile. I really don't think i'll ever find anyone who really likes me for who i am... but that's just how i think. I know this may sound crazy or delusional or idk wierd but... i don't really believe in love.. Like falling in love. I think that it's a something that everyone fools themselves into believing they feel but they really don't. People think that as soon as you meet this sweet, handsome guy all the chips will just fall into place. But that's not true. Realationships take work and time to develop. And most guys are jerks and don't care about your feelings or about the realationship. Most just want a girlfriend to say they have one. I'm not trying to take a knock against guys i'm just telling the truth from my own observations. I'm not a beautiful girl, i don't have perfect hair and guys all over me. But i defenitly understand how they work. But then again... thats just my opinion and point of view. Sorry for that long rant.. I'm usually not this talkative but i felt like i needed to get that out of myself. Thanks for listening/reading or whatever its called.

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bored i'm in computer Apps right now i'm in 9th grade BTW and she's sooooooooooooooo slow it's incredible i swear i've been on this site for about an hour and i've ignored everything she's said but i'm lost when she asks do you get it. it's kinda funny feel free to laugh and tell me your stories
