hey i saw that you were wondering how to get your toetouch higher!! well there are 3 main ways- 1. stretch EVERY DAY 2. excersise your legs and abbs!! 3. PRACTICE! stand in front of a mirror and do it over and over and over again! also video yourself doing it so you can see what you are doing wrong!
HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO DO ALL THE STEPS! FOR EXCERSISING I WILL TELL YOU SPECIFIC EXCERSISES THAT WILL HELP WITH YOUR TOETOUCH!!
1. stretching- stretching is rlly big for a toetouch so do it every day!! hold your splits for atleast two minutes every day and they will get better and better!
2. excersising- i cnat even tell you how much being in shape helps cheerleding!!
listed below are excersises you can try! Smile
-pushups(15)
-crunches(50)
-situps(25)
- lay flat on the floor with your arms by your ears! do a situp but pull your legs up too into a toetouch position then come back down and do that 20 times! if this does not make sense please tell me because these are so important!
- full body crunches (if u dont know what these are tell me or look them up on the internet! Smile )
-leg cirles ( sit in a stradle and lift both legs off the ground. circle them front and back 15 times each!)
-squat jumps ( squat down and touch your hands to the floor then jump up! do 15!)
3. PRACTICE!! practice with leg weights and hand weights ! both 2 pounds! practice practice practice
