Here are some ideas for modivation,
1. On a peice of paper, write "I am strong ___, ____, and _______. I can do anything!" Fill in the blanks with some awesome words to describe your self.
2. Create an awesome playlist with your fav songs with great beats!

Its hard eating healthier when you usually go for the chips instead of the carrots. It isn't as easy as saying "This week, I'm going to eat completely healthy! And not eat any junk food!" (Trust me, I've tried) You have to go one step at a time. Instead of having those chips for snack, switch them for some apples with peanut butter, or whipcream..I usually eat smart popcorn, with only 180 calories for half the bag! Simple things can make a difference. But don't forget to reward yourself with your favs.

Hey girl! I eat so unhealthy! The problem is, I don't like any other foods! I don't like any meat (except bacon!) and I don't like fruits or veggies. Please don't tell me to try new things, cause I've tried them all. Also, I hate salad and ALL dressings with it! HELP ME! I'm not fat, but someday I will be!!!

Heyy, I need some advice.
I'm sorta skinny for my age, but not in an anorexic kind of way, in a good way. But the thing is, my body looks wierd because I'm slim everywhere except for my stomach, which sticks out and it looks out of porportion. I hate how it looks. I really want to flatten my stomach a bit. Any suggestions?

My advice would be to go to the doctor and ask what the right weight for you would be because they know the exact weight, and every person is different.

So I have a few questions for ya but lemme explain what I am looking for. I'm in the weight range for my height and age but it seems like I carry most of my weight across my stomach. I don't have a big stomach but I wanna tone it down so it's a flat belly. What exercises will tone done my belly and are there any foods I should eat that will help?

When your not used to eating healthy foods regularly, and you tell yourself "This week, Im not going to eat junk, Im going to eat veggies" Its hard to keep that promise. You have to go one step at a time, and try to control yourself around sweets. Trust me, Im having difficulty eating healthier. Whenever your tempted to have unhealthy foods, stop yourself, and say "is this going to help me, or hurt me?" Another thing you could do, is tell your parents you want to eat healthier, and ask them to buy healthier snack foods. BUT remember not to completely eliminate junk food from your diet, sometimes its good to reward yourself.
