So you have brown eyes? Well, if you do then i would reccomend for eye shadow: try finding a teal, gray or green color.For eye liner: find a creamy black color. For lips try finding a reddish-pink color.

Know that every man is the same in one aspect. When he first sees or meets a girl, in the back of his mind he makes a decision of either 'yes' or 'no'. If it's no, then there's really not much you can do (and you will be able to tell, he may be polite but does not show real interest). If it's yes (and you can most likely tell if he's interested in flirting), I would suggest starting a conversation with him, and asking him if he wants to go see a movie, or go to a party, or just hang out.
