i went without a team nor coach. i suggest you get a coach though it helps so much. I'm not in swimming anymore but it really really does help when you have a trainer or coach!

No, I don't have a problem with you swimming, I swim too.Smile anyways I just read your "I tink imma do a boy/girl party for my 14th. i have a BUNCH of great guy friends now" I'm so freaking jealous Tong, How do you get guy friends? It's practically impossible for me.xD well not quite impossible, I may have a few ,but none that I close to like I can call them or even hang out outside of class willingly with.<--haha

Hey hon, a really easy way to get MEGA curls that are soft is by using a great curl manipulator, like KMS CurlUp, on damp hair, scrunching, and diffusing! If that doesn't work, try adding a really good spray gel, like Aveda Nourish + Style Curl Defining Spray Gel. I used to have natural ringlets but recently I got a relaxer (mistake!) and that's what I use to bring my hair back to life. Lemon juice also does a great job of holding curls, it's natural and it'll add luster to your hair!

I read one of your MODs and I saw how you wanted to know how to get 'eco friendly curls' I'm all about that too . So , when you get out of the shower at night try putting your hair into a tight low bun and sleep with it . When you take it out you get really cute curls that last all day ! I hope this helps . :]

its gonna sound crazy, but trust me!! My times started dropping and kept going down after prelims. My coach told me to Not breath the whole 50, but i could on the turn. Don't breath the first 25, thats what i did, took it in on the turn. I failed because i breathed twice on the way back, but my times still dropped. i whent from 33-a low 30, almost to a 29. Try to beat me, and ur time will definetly drop

my cousin did awesome in them Junior Olympics (he should've because his mom was and alternate swimmer in the regular olympics :p) his secrets are just to do your best, have fun, and listen to your coaches.

i swim in the older age group so i improve my skills and challenge myself against the older kids. they help me out and give me tips to improve myself. i also do it so i boost my confidence in hope to conjuer my dream, swimming in the olympics one day.

Yes, i love my swim team. We are so close knit. and even though i could be on the higher level, i choose to be on the lower level cuz they need more older swimmers (they have 5 that are over 14 years old)

You know, he doesnt always have to be the one to make the first move. Maybe he's afraid of rejection, which is hard on any guy or girl, and could make them more self conscious. But, if i were you, and i knew he liked me back, i would ask him.
