THIS IS NOT ABOUT CLUBS!hey girl i saw your mod comment and i felt the need to let you know--i am 5'4" and 102.5 lbs and all of my friends tell me i need to eat more. no joke! i also saw a scale chart and it said that if you are a teen girl that is 5'3" you should weigh at least 108 lbs.another thing--starving yourself causes your stomach to consume itself, which can cause you to slowly die.if you are still concerned even after reading this see a doctor who can calculate your body fat percentage (which btw is supposed to be beteen 22% and 28%)since you are athletic and you weigh about the same as me, yours is going to be around 15-23%(mine is 17.3%) which means you are very thin!hope this helps!-ashley

hi. i saw your comment. 102 pounds for 5 foot 3.5 inches tall is not heavy. that is actually skinny. instead of trying to lose weight, try to be more healthy and exercise more. you will gain more weight [muscle wieghs more than fat], but you will LOOK better, and BE MORE HEALTHY. also..... becoming anorexic can KILL YOU, or make your body go into "survival mode", so that means your body will create extra fat and store it inside your body, making you look bigger than you actually are.

MOD MOD MOD!!! i am going to camp tomorrow and need some good advice fast! first off, it is a sleepaway camp. 1. i am usually pretty shy, how do i be more outgoing and make both GUY and GIRL friends? 2. how do i get guys to notice me? 3. we have a camp dance, what should i wear? Yeah, we do have a site! Well, right now I am making a section on it for the board members, it will be password protected, so it will be more private. Yep I am on pointe and I have flat feet too. Here is a tip: think about pushing out from the top of your feet. That will help you get all the way over.
